Thomas D. Fallace is an associate professor of social studies education at William Paterson University of New Jersey. He earned a PhD in education, an MA in history, and an MEd, all from the University of Virginia, after receiving a BA in history from Washington and Lee University. In addition to dozens of articles and book chapters on curriculum history, he is the author of Dewey and the Dilemma of Race (2012) and The Emergence of Holocaust Education in American Schools (2008). He lives in Montclair, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.
