Shipping and handling is calculated at the time you place your order. We offer regular and expedited services from USPS and UPS. Please allow 6–8 business days handling time before your order ships.
Please note: USPS Media Mail is an uninsured option. We advise that you choose USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS Next Day Air for orders over 9 copies.

Returns

Individuals may return books within 30 days from date of invoice.

  • All returned books must be accompanied with an invoice or a complete packing slip indicating invoice number. The carton containing documents must be clearly marked. Incomplete information will result in credit being issued at a maximum 50% discount. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
  • Multimedia Materials and Screening Tools: Must be returned within 21 days from date of invoice.
  • Damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage.
  • Out-of-print or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
  • Ebooks cannot be refunded.
