Administration Scales

The Program Administration Scale® (PAS®) is designed to measure the leadership and management practices of center-based early childhood organizations. The new third edition of the Program Administration Scale was released in November 2022. The Business Administration Scale® for Family Child Care (BAS®) is designed to measure the business administration practices of a family child care program. The BAS is available in an English edition and a Spanish edition as noted below.
