The small print:
- Ebooks are non-refundable.
- You can print up to 20 pages over the life of the book. This printing allowance does not include rights to copyrighted materials—you must apply to each rights holder separately for permission.
- You can copy and paste up to 2 full pages of text.
- If you live outside the United States, you can purchase ebooks from this site, but you must contact our international distributors to obtain print versions.
