Our company has always championed education: we partner with prestigious academic publishers to provide academics and teachers with the resources they need to educate their students, as well as partnering with charities that broaden access to higher education and beyond. By working with such an esteemed educational publisher, not only are we distributing and supporting access to knowledge in the international market, we are contributing to the growth of those who teach it.”

Today, we carry on this tradition with a publishing program devoted to opening and expanding the dialogue between theory and practice. By looking at education, learning, and teaching in diverse ways, we seek to challenge assumptions that devalue the quality of the educational experience at all levels of schooling.  Grounded in research and peer reviewed, our carefully curated publications contribute to deepening the understanding and improvement of the practice of education. Teachers College Press publishes into areas such as early childhood education, literacy, multi-cultural education, research methods, teacher practice, social studies, leadership, and mathematics.  Authors who publish with TCP include seasoned practitioners and scholars, as well as fresh new talent from around the world.
