Dr. Wilfridah Mucherah is a professor of developmental psychology in the Department of Educational Psychology at Ball State University. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in human development and serves as the director of the minor in the psychology of human development. Winnie taught in the Schools Within the Context of Community for 5 years. She currently teaches classes for the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship Program. She has earned national recognition for her cross-cultural research in classroom climate, motivation, and academic achievement, primarily among Kenyan adolescents.
