Susan R. Warren, PhD, has been in the field of education for over 40 years advocating for equity, inclusion, and family/community engagement. She served 22 years as a public school teacher and principal in three diverse districts that primarily served marginalized students and their families. Warren continued her career as a university professor and director in two universities overseeing graduate education programs focusing on multicultural education and social justice as well as directing faculty, staff, and administrators in the Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Education at Azusa Pacific University. Her most recent work is in research and evaluation at Claremont Graduate University’s Evaluation Center. She has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her research across the globe.
