Paul Broomhead

Paul Broomhead is an associate professor in the School of Music at Brigham Young University, where he serves as the Coordinator of the Music Education Division. He has served in the National Association for Music Education as Chair of the Instructional Strategies Special Interest Research Group and as Western Division Collegiate Chair. He has published in the Journal of Research in Music Education, the Bulletin of the Council for Research in Music Education, Music Educators Journal, the Journal of Music Teacher Education, and Update. His teaching responsibilities include Exploration of Teaching, Philosophy of Music, Music Education Research, and Score Preparation/Conducting.
