Pat Wilson O’Leary, MA, is a consultant and coach in K–12 classrooms and districts across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. She co-authored three editions of A Guidebook for Cooperative Learning: Techniques for Creating More Effective Schools, has written numerous articles, and has worked with thousands of teachers and administrators in the areas of cooperative learning, cooperative teacher teams, new teacher induction, mentoring, academic coaching, and teacher development. In recent years, Pat has served on two long-term committees for the Michigan Department of Education to update state policies for school improvement.
