Nina Wu received her PhD from the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Texas, where she was a predoctoral trainee at the Population Research Center. She graduated from the University of California, Davis, where she majored in psychology. Her research concerns health and education among children from low-income and/or immigrant families. Dr. Wu works at Children’s Council of San Francisco, where she collaborates with parents, care providers, and community partners to make quality child care and early education a reality for all children in San Francisco.
