Mara Krechevsky is a senior researcher at Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. For over 25 years she has investigated the educational implications of the theory of multiple intelligences and the Reggio Emilia approach to education. Currently the director of Making Children Visible: Documenting the Power of Children’s Minds, a research collaboration with five Boston-area schools, she is the author of Project Spectrum: Preschool Assessment Handbook (Teachers College Press, 1998); a coauthor of Making Learning Visible: Children as Individual and Group Learners (ReggioChildren, 2001); and a general editor of the three-volume series Project Zero Frameworks for Early Childhood Education (Teachers College Press, 1998).
