Jessica Zacher Pandya

Jessica Zacher Pandya is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Teacher Education and Liberal Studies at California State University, Long Beach. She engages in ethnographic research to understand children and youths’ literacy practices in context. She has written extensively about children’s identity work in elementary classrooms, and has published in journals such as Research in the Teaching of English, Language Arts, and Educational Studies.
