George R. Boggs

George R. Boggs is president and chief executive officer emeritus of the American Association of Community Colleges and superintendent and president emeritus of Palomar College in San Marcos, California. He is a professor in the community college leadership programs at San Diego State University and Kansas State University, and he is chair of the board of directors of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
