Eve Manz is an associate professor of science education at Boston University Wheelock College of Education and Human Development. She works to support teachers and young people in engaging in learning that builds from their capabilities toward new ways of seeing themselves, each other, and the world. She has received the 2019 NARST Early Career Research Award and a National Science Foundation CAREER Award. She also served on the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine committee that developed The Brilliance of Children and Strengths of Educators preschool through fifth grade consensus report.
