Denise J. Powers

Denise J. Powers, M.Ed., holds certifications in Elementary and Special Education, birth–age 21. Denise has taught in elementary and early childhood special education settings for the past 25 years. Denise is the early childhood specialist in The Circle Preschool Program, a therapeutic program of Greater Richmond Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN), for young children and their caregivers. Denise lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs.
