Christopher R. Leahey

Christopher R. Leahey teaches world history in upstate New York. His articles have appeared in Social Education and The Social Studies. In 2003, the Central New York Council for Social Studies recognized him as teacher of the year. In addition to teaching world history and geography, he teaches professional development courses in instructional technology and classroom management. He currently lives in Liverpool, New York, with his wife and three children. He is presently working on a project on democratic teaching methods for history education.
