Christina Ortmeier-Hooper

Christina Ortmeier-Hooper is an assistant professor of English at the University of New Hampshire. She began her career as a teacher of ESL reading/writing and English Language Arts in the public schools. She currently teaches undergraduate writing courses and graduate courses on composition theory, second language writing, and English education. Her work has been published in English Journal, College Composition and Communication, Journal of Second Language Writing, and TESOL Journal. Christina regularly presents workshops on multilingual students and writing at conferences throughout the United States.
