Betsy Grob served on the faculty of Bank Street College for more than 20 years, teaching graduate courses in Early Childhood Curriculum, Observing and Recording the Behavior of Young Children, and Block Building, and advising students. She currently advises students at City College of New York. She taught kindergarten, 1st grade, and Spanish in New York City and Colorado. Betsy provides professional development in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT), and has worked with early childhood educators in many countries, including Sierra Leone, Chile, Romania, Mongolia, and Azerbaijan. She is a coauthor of “The Right to Learn: Preparing Early Childhood Teachers to Work in High-Needs Schools” (Bank Street College of Education Occasional Paper Series).
