Amy Petersen Jensen

Amy Petersen Jensen is an associate professor in the College of Fine Arts and Communications at Brigham Young University, where she coordinates the undergraduate Theatre and Media Education Program as well as the Media Literacy Education Masters Degree Program. She is a past president of the Utah Theatre Association and the first vice president of the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE). She co-authored Core Principles of Media Literacy Education in the United States, NAMLE’s position statement on media literacy education. She serves on the Youth Theatre Journal editorial board and is the co-editor of the Journal of Media Literacy Education.
