To Set Up a New Account

Please download our credit application and fax or email it to our Sales Department: (212) 678-4149 or tcpress@tc.edu.  If you need your order filled right away and you don’t have an account with us, we will need pre-payment.

Our Returns Policy

  • All returned books must be accompanied with an invoice or a complete packing slip indicating invoice number. The carton containing documents must be clearly marked. Incomplete information will result in credit being issued at a maximum 50% discount. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
  • Multimedia Materials and Screening Tools: Must be returned within 21 days from date of invoice.
  • Damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage.
  • Lost shipments will be replaced upon verification of non-receipt.
  • Out-of-print or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
  • Ebooks cannot be refunded.
  • Bookstores and resellers: No book(s) will be accepted for credit before 90 days or after 18 months of invoice date. Refunds must be approved by Teachers College Press. Returned products must be unused and undamaged to receive a full refund.
