Returns

Individuals may return books within 30 days from date of invoice.

•  All returned books must be accompanied with an invoice or a complete packing slip indicating invoice number. The carton containing documents must be clearly marked. Incomplete information will result in credit being issued at a maximum 50% discount. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
•  Multimedia Materials and Screening Tools: Must be returned within 21 days from date of invoice.
•  Damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage.
•  Out-of-print or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
•  Ebooks cannot be refunded.

Ebooks purchased from tcpress.com are fulfilled through Vitalsource Bookshelf. After you place your order, a download link will appear on the confirmation page. The same link will be emailed to you.

Clicking the link will deliver you to Vitalsource. To view your ebook, please log in using the same email used to place your order.

The small print:

• Ebooks are non-refundable.
• You can print up to 20 pages over the life of the book. This printing allowance does not include rights to copyrighted materials—you must apply to each rights holder separately for permission.
• You can copy and paste up to 2 full pages of text.
• If you live outside the United States, you can purchase ebooks from this site, but you must contact our international distributors to obtain print versions and exam copies.

A link can be found on each book’s detail page for exam copy requests, which are fulfilled by VitalSource. 

Professors considering a title for adoption can request an electronic exam copy at no charge. (Note: Environment Rating Scales and some other products are not available on an exam copy basis).
